I am a mortgage banker, in an office that is solely focused on my clients alone. The office is completely centered on the interests of my realtor relationships and their prospective buyers. I manage no junior loan officers, but rather spend 100% of my time and attention to managing and closing transactions benefiting the interests of the realtor and their valued clients. I operate as both a mortgage banker as well as a broker. Doing so allows me the ability to close every transaction with the utility of in house underwriting and funding abilities on government and first time home buyer programs, while maintaining best pricing abilities on conventional loans that cater to the discriminating move up buyers needs. I am quite certain that I cannot be outperformed on my abilities to put your clients into the best lending product available. I work hands on with my clients, utilizing staff for support as opposed to a substitution. Trust, integrity, great customer satisfaction with leading edge product and pricing provided daily.
